Following the Coronavirus lockdown in Nigeria, a student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) studying Religious Studies, AbdulHamid Mutohhir, has mapped out plans to assist Muslim students across the country to have trainings on Qur’an via social media.
This was disclosed by him in a chat with our correspondent on Wednesday.
According to him, “An Online Daily Class for interested Muslim students and other Individuals who wish to Memorize the Holy Qur’an with ease has now been established by me and a very sound brother in Qur’an, Ustadh Harun Musoddiq.
” The objectives are to train Muslim students and other individuals on learning about the principles of Hifdh with etiquettes of progressive Muroja’ah (revision) and to receive inspiration from experts on Memorizing with a specific duration based on the categories of mushaf.
