On their way to Lagos, Aisha was crying throughout the journey. After some hours, they arrived at Lagos and drove into their compound. They all alighted from the car and went to the sitting room.
After 30 minutes of their arrival, Mrs. Bright sat Aisha down and said, “Aisha, first of all you are welcome to Lagos. The main reason I brought you here is to help me take care of my home and children. And I have rules and regulations.
“My rules and regulations goes thus. First and foremost, the twelve rooms, five toilets and five bathrooms in this house must be always cleaned, mopped and tidied daily.
“Secondly, the food must be ready in the morning latest 7:00am, in the afternoon latest 1:00pm and in the evening latest 5:30pm.
“Furthermore, my children must not complain about you or else you will be fired. Is that cleared,” she shouted
“Yes ma’am” she replied while nodding her head.
” Now, work starts but before that, let me show you all the rooms in this house,” she stood up and went away together with Aisha
Mrs. Bright took Aisha around the house and showed her boundary in the house. She also showed her the room she will be staying. The room was near the poultry cage where disgusting and irritating odour always smells.
